This job will be based in Surabaya, Indonesia.Responsibility:Implement hospital regulations (policies, guidelines, and standard operating procedures) related to nursing services.Monitor the delivery of quality patient care focused on patient safety.Ensure the organization and control of nursing service activities.Oversee the implementation of patient safety programs in the hospital.Manage the implementation of Infection Prevention and Control (IPC) programs in the hospital.Coordinate the generation of quality nursing service reports.Manage staffing needs within the nursing department.Provide guidance and mentorship to subordinates.Requirements:Formal Education: Bachelor's degree in Nursing (S1-Nursing), Master's degree in Nursing or Management (S2 Nursing/Management).Non-Formal Education:Head of Department Management Training.SNARS Assessor Training.Credentialing Training.Previous Job Experience: Previous experience as Head of Department or Nursing Manager.
